Cobweb and her sister, Mustardseed, were adopted together on August 9, 2020!
Cobweb was rescued from Devore shelter in late April with her momma, Morgaine, and three sisters when she was just 4.5 weeks old! The whole family of little ladies was named for faeries in Shakespearean literature and Irish folklore. Cobweb quickly showed that she was the spunkiest, most mischievous sprite of the bunch, swatting at her foster mom’s face sometimes when she tried to kiss her, and making mad dashes out of the room where the family was confined any time the door opened! For a little ball of floof, she was quite the handful!
Cobweb has settled down a bit, but she definitely still retains some of that stubborn spunk! Her two favorite things to do are to play with her wand toy and to chase her sister, Mustardseed, through the house like a maniac! She and Mustardseed are good friends, so they would love to be adopted together, though it’s not required.
If Cobweb isn’t adopted with Mustardseed, she must go to a home with another playful kitty who can help her hone the magic of her energy and keep her occupied with a buddy. There’s a corgi in the magical realm of a foster home that Cobweb lives in and, as long as the dog stays calm, Cobweb is okay with her. When Cobweb has exhausted herself from casting charms and enchantments all day, she’ll happily accept some pets and scratches from her humans! She even lets her foster mom snuggle and kiss her floofy face now!
This adorable, wee faerie has been vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Now she’s ready to catch a family of her own in her web, so if you’re ready for a little mischievous magic, apply to adopt her (and Mustardseed if you’d like today!
