Bryanna was adopted February 20, 2022!
Meet Bryanna! This sweet little flower was originally rescued from Devore Shelter in October of 2016. She was estimated to be just a mere 1 years old at the time of her rescue. She adapted well in her first foster home but, when the foster family decided to start a family of their own and also adopted two very large dogs, the new level of activity proved to be too much for Bryanna and a new foster home was sought. It took a great deal of time for Bryanna to come out of her shell in her second foster home but she did eventually adapt. But, when her second foster family decided to move out of state in early 2021, once again, Bryanna needed to change families.
They say the third time’s a charm and, at least for Bryanna, this proved to be true. Within a few weeks of landing in her third foster home, she was showing signs of comfort and ease. We saw her confidence level rise! The signs of anxiety we’d seen in her previously had all but subsided. Her new foster home was low-key, calm, quiet. The children in the home were older, no large dogs and while there are other kitties in the home, Bryanna has made friends easily and enjoys playing chase and kitty tag with the others.
Bryanna enjoys full body rubs and loves when her new foster mom plants kisses on her head. This previously shy and unassuming girl has also developed into quite the chatterbox! A change of environment and energy can sometimes make all the difference in the world for a kitty.
If your home is low-key, quiet, and exudes a sense of safety and security and you’re looking for an adorable, sweet-natured girl to share a lifetime of love with, apply to adopt Bryanna today!
