Ambrosia and her mom, Sundae, were adopted together on Sunday, February 11, 2024!
Meet Ambrosia, a feisty yet sweet, rare orange tabby female born in mid-September 2022. While living in an outdoor feral colony, she and her three siblings – Tiramisu, Truffle, and Churro – were born to a friendly young mama kitty, Sundae. Kitty Devore Rescue stepped up to the plate when the colony caretakers asked for help, securing a foster home for all of them. In the safety of foster care, the little family thrived.
Ambrosia is a playful girl who has endless energy and spunk. She loves running at top speed throughout the house and up and down the cat tree, playing with ALL the toys, and discovering new spots to hide and surprise her humans – she especially loves hiding under blankets & floor mats! Playing in a box full of paper is always a good time for Ambrosia. She even thinks it’s an excellent spot for a nap! She could also be a basketball player because this girl can jump! She loves to play with the feather wand and will jump 4-5 feet in the air to grab it! Ambrosia is outgoing, friendly, and the first to greet new people and shamelessly ask for pets. She can be mischievous, but her zest for life and carefree attitude are endearing. Her fur is incredibly soft, and she has lovely tabby coloring. She loves to cuddle up on the couch with her humans or find a nice sunny spot on the cat tree to hang out. She also loves to cuddle up in bed for a good night’s sleep. She and her mom, Sundae, are BFFs, so they’re a good duo if you’re looking for a pair. However, if she has a feline playmate in the home, she will be happy and content.
