Zita is a beautiful, spayed, two-year-old, medium-hair, tortie point, Siamese mix. She was rescued with her babies off death row from the shelter at the last moment by Kitty Devore Rescue. She raised her four beautiful babies, and now she is ready to find a home all her own. Zita has the softest fur which you will never want to stop petting. She loves getting affection and will look up at you with her baby blue eyes and give you a soft meow to get your attention. She is a very calm gentle girl and would do best in a calmer household. She is very low key and absolutely no trouble at all.
Every morning when her foster mom is getting ready for work and doing her makeup, Zita’s favorite thing is to climb in her lap and give her head bumps and get scratches from her. She loves spending time with anyone who will give her attention or just napping on her cat tree. She enjoys chin scratches and will put her whole head in your hand to encourage you to scratch her face. Zita has not outgrown her playful side and has a few favorite toys she likes to grab in her mouth and give a good shake. She also likes to chase toys on a string and is quite good at catching her toys mid-air.
Zita is up to date on her shots, microchipped, litter box trained, FIV/Felv negative and ready and waiting to be loved forever.
Zita is being fostered in a home with dogs & other cats. She would do fine in a home with other animals as long as they are calm and friendly, too.
