Veronique found herself admitted to Devore Shelter back in September of 2016 with four sweet little orange kittens who were the spitting image of herself: Giselle, Daisi, Alix and Françoise. Veronique, herself, was only a year old, when rescued. Yet, despite her youth, Veronique was a calm, sweet and very loving mom who raised her kittens well.
Veronique enjoys human company and loves to just sit by your side or sleep with you. She is very playful and gets along with other cats without any issues. She’s mellow, very low key, and just wants a sunny window, a fuzzy and warm bed or to be near you. If you’re busy and cannot offer your lap for her napping pleasure, Veronique will clamber up to a high place to survey the world below. She has been exposed to dogs but really doesn’t have significant interaction with them to be deemed dog friendly. Humans of all ages – that’s her great love.
Veronique was adopted January 17, 2019!
