Surrey is a demure, calm 10 year old Bombay mix kitty. She enjoys eating (she’s gotten a bit rotund in her foster home) and loves catnip toys. If you sit down, she will jump on your lap and stay there until you get up. She loves to be petted and will “kiss” your fingers and nose.
Surrey would love nothing more than to share a home with a person or people to dote on her. We don’t know about her previous life (she ended up in the high-kill shelter after strolling into someone’s home and animal control was called to come get her), but suspect she was an only kitty. She has come to terms with the fact that there are other kitties in her foster home, though. She would do ok in a forever home with one or two other cats but would prefer to be an only kitty. Just don’t talk to her about dogs – she is not a fan.
Surrey is a very hearty, healthy kitty. She has a pigmentation in her right eye (that her foster mom thinks gives her character)—-it doesn’t bother her and the vet says it’s of no concern.
