Oui, that’s right, je m’appelle Rouge. It means “red” in Français. Some people like to refer to orange tabbies like myself as Reds. So, you see, it all makes perfect sense as I am an orange, or red, if you prefer, chat!
I was rescued from Devore Shelter in Avril of 2017. I wasn’t in the best shape at the time so as soon as I was rescued, I was taken straight to le vétérinaire for a few days. They were très bon to me there and got me réparé and feeling fabuleux! After that, it was on to my new foster maison where I got to meet other chats who had been rescued, too. I even met a few chiens and found them to be assez agréable as well.
My foster mère says I’m very talkative. Parlez-vous Français? Well, it’s okay if you don’t. I’ll still chatter away at you because I’ve got much to say about a lot of things. There’s so much going on in the world and I’ve got opinions about all of it. I’m also a very attentive listener – especially if you pet me while tu parles!
