Phoebe and Pandia Moon were adopted on March 26, 2021!
Phoebe Moon and her brother, Pandia, are Kitty Devore Rescue’s first C-section babies. In November of 2020, while their mother, Janie, was at the vet to be spayed, it was discovered she was not only expecting but that her two little Moon twins were nearly to term! However, because Janie didn’t go through the natural process of birth, when she awoke from the anesthesia with two little babies nearby, she didn’t understand they belonged to her. So, human intervention was needed to ensure her babies survived and thrived.
Phoebe has grown to become an incredibly sweet calico kitten whose adorable personality is only outshined by her affectionate nature. She is always receptive to kisses and will return them by smooshing her face back into yours… and then trying to lick the inside of your nostril. But don’t be fooled – just because she’s a lover of humans, kitties and dogs alike, this little girl can be as rough and tumble as the heartiest Tom cat. She plays hard and takes no grief. But, when playtime is done, she naps just as hard – preferably in the lap or arms of her favorite person. When relaxed, you can kiss her belly and she’s a sucker for being pet – any time, anywhere!
Phoebe and her brother, Pandia, are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. If these adorable kitties sound like the perfect companions for you, don’t delay – fill out an adoption application for them today!
