Owlie has had a long road to happiness…she is now looking for her forever home where she can purr and head roll into pets for the rest of her life. This little pork chop of girl is healthy with a roundish figure and the cutest little face with huge bright eyes. Her unique fur coat is soft and easy to maintain. Owlie would love to have a family all to herself. She is good with other calm cats but truly only seeks out humans for cuddling. She was forced to live with a very dominant male cat for several years of her short life so does not prefer dominant animals in anyway. Owlie just loves to be next to people or on their lap…her signature move is a head butt followed by a full body roll. She adores having her face and neck petted! She also now loves to be petted all over—which wasn’t the case prior as she had been not been touched enough by kind human hands to know how great it feels and how much she ADORES it! The only thing Owlie does not prefer is being carried. She is easy to pick up and also place in a carrier for vet visits but in the home she prefers to follow her humans and once they sit or lay down— hop up right next to them.
This little Porkchop simply wants love! She enjoys laser pointer chasing and catnip toys…uses her scratcher/cat tree and litter box always. She eats well (a girl needs to maintain her figure!) If you are looking for a sweet, loving, and loyal companion Owlie is your girl. She is very intelligent so with proper introduction to a well-mannered dog she would most likely have no issue. Owlie currently lives with cats in harmony but would be fine as an only cat.
