Merlyn and his sister, Mablelee, were adopted together on October 7, 2020!
Meet Merlyn! He is one of the seven Mmm Mmm Mmm kittens born to a stray mama kitty in June 2020. He was approximately 2 months old when he entered Kitty Devore Rescue foster care in August.
He is a sweet and talkative boy that likes to let you know when he wants attention. If you lay down, Merlyn will plant himself somewhere on you, quite possibly on your chest so he can get a good look at your face! But he isn’t picky – he can turn anything into a perch. Once he has his spot, Merlyn purrs away until he drifts off to sleep, slowly stretching out more and more as he relaxes.
He’s an explorer and a vertical thinker, so be prepared to find him hanging out in elevated locations. He hasn’t met a toy yet that he didn’t like, but playing soccer with a fuzzy mouse is on the top of the list.
Merlyn is used to having six playmates and is especially fond of his brothers (Mr. Mouse and Marco). He would do best in a home with another young cat, possibly one of his siblings, so he has an opportunity to dispense of all that kitten energy. Fill out an application for Merlyn today!
