When Malakeh was rescued from the shelter back in June of 2016, she had four little kittens with her; each under a month old. At 2 years old, she knew how to be a great mom to her babies. In time, her babies grew up and no longer needed her constant care and she was able to let her own personality above and beyond a momma kitty shine through.
Malakeh – which means “queen” in Farsi – is a serene and beautiful white and dark gray shorthaired kitty – although she has quite a fluffy tail. She’s playful, enjoys other cats and children. While initially reserved, as she grows more comfortable, her shyness disappears. She would make a lovely addition to any low-key family, couple or single adoptive parent.
