Lupine was adopted April 3, 2021!
Momma Lupine and her 7 kittens were rescued from Devore Shelter in July of 2016 when she was 4 years old. The entire family was ill with upper respiratory infections and so stayed a couple of weeks in the ISO area of one of our trusted vets. Gradually, the entire family improved but, still, the road to full recovery was still a process. Through it all, Momma Lupine doted on her kids, taking the best care of them.
Lupine’s kittens all found their forever homes. Now it’s her turn. She’s a serene lynx point Siamese mix beauty and a calm and contemplative lady. She enjoys observing rather than actively participating. After the trials and tribulations of so many kittens to attend to, she’s clearly happy that they’re grown and enjoying their lives in their forever homes. Lupine would thrive in a quiet home with no other pets or, if there are, older, less active pets who aren’t prone to sudden outbursts and activity but who, like her, would rather just “be” and enjoy her home and her human family. She prefers to have her people all to herself.
