Meet Kara! This beautiful green-eyed black tabby is a perfect blend of friendly and playful! Kara was re-rescued and taken into Kitty Devore Rescue’s care when a rescue partner rescue group of ours shut its doors in October of 2019. At the time, she was estimated to be about 3 years old.
Kara is one of the friendliest and kindest cats you will ever meet! She likes to be close to you at all times, and often comes running with a smile on her face when she sees an opportunity to cuddle or hang out! Kara can never get enough of your chin- and ear-rubs and -scratches, and will rub her face on you as much as she can. She’s a very social and lovable cat who will always be there for you when you’re having a bad day! Just being able to sleep or relax around you will make her happy and content! She also LOVES playing with toys like her little mouse that she will chase all around the room! She will gladly play with you, or by herself! Being a very gentle cat, she got along great with our roommates, and our other foster cat!
Kara would do great with another cat in the house, and with someone who can give her a lot of love and attention! When one of her foster parents had to rest in bed after an operation, Kara helped along her recovery by cuddling in bed with her day and night! It made the recovery period that much more enjoyable!
