Did you know that a great many black kitties are actually Siamese mixes? Kalea may have a black colored coat, but she has so many of the Siamese traits!
Originally rescued from Devore Shelter in July of 2018 and estimated to be 5 years old at the time of her rescue, this girl is so very smart, super talkative and wants to be involved in everything her human does. (Seriously, if you’re a person that likes personal space… she might not be the kitty for you! LOL!) Kalea has the softest coat. She makes eye contact as if she understands what you’re saying to her, and she will chirp and meow back in the funniest manner. While we wouldn’t necessarily call her a lap cat, she is always looking for pets and kisses and wants to be center of the action. Kalea gets along fine with dogs and laid back kitties. She’d also do just fine as an only kitty. She loves food, loves attention, and would love to find her happily ever after. 🙂
