Kaboom was adopted March 29, 2021!
July 4th, 2019, was indeed a day of celebration for a lost and injured two-month-old kitten we named Kaboom. He was found crying for help amidst bushes, hoping someone would hear him and help. He was taken in by members of Kitty Devore Rescue. They immediately determined the tip of his tail had sustained a bad injury that would require surgery. They also discovered this firecracker of a little guy had a huge personality, too.
Kaboom underwent surgery and healed spectacularly. He quickly adapted to life in his foster home and his foster family as he recovered. And as he grew up, this little black panther began to display all his amazing colors. Kaboom absolutely loves interacting with people. He’s sweet-natured, funny, and a little quirky, too. His meow is slightly odd but very endearing. Like most black cats, he can be quite chatty. He’ll definitely exercise his free speech when he wants pets, treats, or dinner. He also has a slight stubborn streak, being the independent little cute-bomb that he is. But he’s never stubborn when it comes to head-butts and kitty kisses! Kaboom is also quite the athlete; his high jumps would make Team USA proud!
