Justina, along with her four kittens, was rescued from Devore Shelter in December of 2012. She was estimated to be 2 years old at the time and, while several of her kittens were adopted, her foster mom fell in love with Justina and decided to keep her as her very own. Unfortunately, after her adoptive mom fell on hard times, this beautiful dilute tortie was returned to foster care in 2014. It didn’t take long, however, for Justina to win the heart of a new mom … but, sadly, four years later Justina was returned to Kitty Devore Rescue foster care when her adopter brought home a young dog who simply wouldn’t leave Justina alone.
Justina is a super sweet, nice laid back cat. She is soft to pet and loves attention. She’ll give you head butts when getting just the simplest of attention. She loves to just hang out with you, in front of the T.V., in front of the computer, or wherever you like to hang. She’s quick to purr and her motor stays running while she lays beside her person.
Justina would do great as an only cat or with a cat sibling that would let her be. She’s had her fill of being chased around by a high enery pup in her last home and is no longer a fan of dogs. Now a senior, she’d love to spend her golden years in a calm space with quiet people who will simply appreciate the peaceful presence of her comany.
Justina has been adopted as of November 30, 2019!
