In May, 2018, three little orphaned 3 week old kittens were about to be surrendered to the shelter. Being underage and without their mom, the shelter would have euthanized them. But thanks to a network of rescuers, Avalyn, Emmerson and Harloh were saved just in the nick of time!
They weren’t quite ready for solid food so needed to be bottle fed for a week or so. We’re pleased to say all three siblings thrived in their foster home and now, after undergoing all their vetting procedures, are ready to be adopted by their new person or family.
Yes, we know… Harloh has a very unusual look – a cross between Grumpy Cat and Steve Buscemi if Steve Buscemi were a cat. You know, like the line in the movie Fargo – what did he look like? Oh, you know, kinda funny looking…
Harloh manages to be playful and lazy at the same time. He loves to pounce on his sisters, but will also sleep while they run circles around him. He is calm, cool, and collected and is just fun to be around. Like his sisters, Harloh makes friends easily and gets along well with other cats and dogs as well as kids.
Harloh was adopted September 10, 2018!
