Farriday was adopted May 26, 2020!
Farriday was listed as a super senior at the shelter. However, their age guesstimate was mostly based on his horrible teeth. Because he’d been a stray and his mouth was in bad shape, he was thin and appeared frail and elderly. Despite his condition, Kitty Devore Rescue saved this old man and expected hospice care for the rest of his life. But fate had another destiny in store for him.
After the vet got Farriday’s mouth problems straightened out, and he was fed regular, nourishing meals and allowed time to kick back, Farriday is a whole new cat! We estimate his age to be much younger, about 9 or 10. His energy level is incredible and he enjoys kicking up his heels, exploring and commandeering the scratching post. He loves all food and eats like he’s making up for many lost mealtimes. He’ll run up to you for attention and may even get a little too mouthy in his excitement, but he always means well.
This enthusiastic guy, bursting with confidence, will want top cat status if placed in a home with other pets. Are you ready to give this formerly homeless gentleman a new lease on life? Fill out an adoption application today to meet Farriday!
