Hi! My name is Dotty or, as my momma calls me, Dots. I was rescued in 2017 off a busy street by a kind lady. When she found me, she quickly realized I babies somewhere. I was scared and didn’t want to show her where they were but she was astute and found them despite my best efforts. She gently placed my kittens in a box. There were 6 of them and they were so very little and young; only 4 weeks old. I feared she might be taking them away from me but then, she gently picked me up and took me with her, too.
When we arrived at her home she took all my babies out of the box and placed them on soft blankets and urged me to go to them. It was then when I realized I could trust her to take care of us; that we were safe. Since that day, I have been given so much love, attention and security, not to mention, yummy food and clean water. All of my babies have grown and some have already been adopted into wonderful families. I am grateful for that!
As for me, I’m a quiet, gentle and kind soul. I do get along well with other kitties and dogs. I like people of ages, including young children. My foster momma describes me as sweet and good natured.
Dotty was adopted April 24, 2018!
