Darlington was rescued from Devore Animal Shelter in November 2024 when he was just a month old, along with his mom, Fontana, and siblings Concord, Sonoma, and Daytona. Too young to remember the shelter, he has grown up entirely in the safety and comfort of his foster home. As a very young kitten, Darlington and his littermates were quite ill, but thanks to attentive care and lots of love, he made a full recovery and is now healthy, active, and thriving.
Gentle, affectionate, and playful, Darlington is a sweetheart who adores chin scratches, lap snuggles, and cozy companionship. He’s also a joyful little character who loves collecting crunch balls, zooming through crinkle chutes, and investigating boxes as if they hold great secrets. Darlington is especially bonded to his brother Sonoma, and the two are rarely far apart—playing, lounging, and keeping each other company with an easy, affectionate rhythm that speaks to their deep connection.
