Corvus was adopted May 20, 2023!
Did you know Corvus is the species name of the intelligent, magnificent black birds known as ravens and crows? Even at an estimated two years old at the time of his rescue, our Corvus (of species Felis catus) is no exception in the intelligence department! We sensed this about him when we headed into Devore Shelter in December 2022 to rescue him.
He’s one of the most handsome and sleek panthers to grace his foster home, a dark knight in stature and seemingly wise beyond his years. Corvus is jet black right down to his whiskers, with striking gold eyes that look deep into your soul. A most genial fellow, he gets along really well with other cats and is playful without being a bully or obnoxious. He’s good at entertaining himself and navigates multi levels with athleticism and grace. Corvus plays the silent type until he has something important to tell you, e.g., “Hey, let me into this room!” or “Where’s dinner?” He accepts all gentle handling and would be an excellent member of your roundtable.
If you’re seeking a young kitty but an old soul for a wise companion, Corvus is your guy. Fill out an application now for a meet ‘n greet with gorgeous Corvus today!
Please note that while most of our kitties reside in foster homes in California, Corvus is one of our Seattle, Washington kitties and is only available to WA residents in and around the Seattle area.
