Noriko and Chrissy were adopted on Wednesday, January 3, 2024!
Noriko and her sister Chrissy awaited rescue at Devore Animal Shelter in May 2023. While there, both two-month-old kittens contracted the virulent kitty cold plaguing the cat room, prompting the shelter staff to cut their time short. The Kitty Devore Rescue team swooped in to save them before anything drastic befell them and whisked them off to the vet for immediate veterinary care.
Noriko, a beautiful tortoiseshell girl whose lovely coat boasts bold colors, prefers sidestepping overt attention and thrives in a quiet, uncomplicated environment. Her sister, Chrissy, a dilute calico, enlivens every room with her social personality and beams when showered with lavish attention. Both sisters enjoy the company of other kitties but cleave to one another most of all. Therefore, we know their long-term happiness depends on staying together as they are a bonded pair. The girls, still kittens, play as kittens do, and when playtime is over, and they’ve worn themselves out, they snuggle up together to nap. Both adore humans and other cats, but we’re not sure of their tolerance level for dogs.
If you’re seeking a pair of adorable companions to welcome into your home and brighten your days, Chrissy and Noriko may be the perfect girls for you! Apply today to adopt these adorable sisters!
