AVA CURRENTLY HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING!
Ava is the most perfect cat you’ll ever meet! She may be shy when she first meets you, but once she feels comfortable, look out! This girl loves to be loved and makes sure you notice her requesting your attention. Using her cute meow to greet you, she’ll leap to wherever you are and cuddle right up next to or even on you if you’ll let her. She is a master air biscuit maker and pole dancer, and is happy to show off her talents!
Ava was originally rescued from Devore Shelter back in July of 2013 when she was just a kitten. Her foster mom, Michelle, was one of Kitty Devore Rescue’s best and felt life without Ava would be unbearable so, she adopted her. Sadly, Michelle passed away from cancer in January, 2018, and KD took in all of her kitties – both her fosters and personal cats. Ava was fortunate to find a new foster home with another of KD’s best – Niko – and made the move from California to Seattle, WA.
Relaxed, gentle and easy going, Ava also has her playful moods and loves to “attack” small toys and feet under blankets. She’s good at entertaining herself – especially if there’s a nice window to look out of – and gets along really well with most other cats and cat-savvy dogs.
Ava would be a perfect, loving addition to any family or as someone’s one-and-only. She is a very special kitty who will totally melt your heart when you meet her!
