Arya was adopted on September 19, 2020!
Arya was rescued from Devore Shelter along with her mom, Vanya, in July 2020. She was only about 2 months old at the time. She and her mom were both sick at the time of their rescue but were kept in isolation until healthy. Once well, the doors were opened wide and both were invited to join playtime with other kitties in their foster home. Like her mom, Arya was ready to explore and discover the world of their new foster home.
And Arya is fearless! Due to her intense curiosity, it took her a day to explore the entire house. Her energy levels are through the roof. She’ll sprint from one side of the room to the other. Anything in her path can become her latest, greatest and best toy. She’s also not afraid to show the other kitties in the house who the boss lady is (hint: she thinks it’s her).
When she’s not busy running around, she can be found resting with her mom. It’s when she’s at rest that you can really observe how stunning this gorgeous girl truly is. Under the right lighting, the subtle markings etched in her gray coat become more apparent. Although she’s not a fan of being held, she does appreciate pets – and even more so if you compliment her on her unique beauty.
