Allegro, along with his brother, Adagio, was rescued from Devore Shelter in July of 2018. They were estimated to be 4 months old at the time of their rescue. Both boys caught kitty colds at the shelter but, once in foster care, both were cared for, loved and restored to health. In return, they were grateful and reciprocated that love.
Allegro means a “at a brisk tempo.” His name suits him because he adapted and flourished quickly and not long after his arrival at his new foster home. He is a “tuxie” kitty which means he is dressed for any fancy occasion. Yet, he’s super casual as well. He luxuriates in lounging with his humans – especially if they’re willing to give him belly rubs. In fact, he enjoys people so much that he’ll make air biscuits when given attention or held in your arms. Soft spoken, Allegro also has the sweetest meow and purr. He is playful yet serenely sweet and plays gently with his human foster sister. He is being socialized with small children, dogs and other cats of all ages.
Allegro was adopted September 8, 2018!
