Thank you so much for all of your bidding to ensure this year’s spring auction was a success!

Once the auction has ended, a list of items and winning bidders and the amount of your winning bids, as well as payment information will be posted as soon as possible.
We will also contact winning bidders within 24 to 48 hours after the auction closes to notify you of the winning bid amounts and items as well as the final payment amount to be paid to Kitty Devore Rescue.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

All payments should be made through PayPal at the end of the auction via the donate button above.

Payment for winning bids, EXCLUDING shipping, MUST be made by PayPal to Kitty Devore Rescue using the donate button above within 5 days from the close of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made.

During the PayPal payment process, please add a note stating which item numbers you are paying for.

You must also post your PayPal Transaction # in the comment box under each auction item you paid for as soon as you make payment for your winning item(s).

SHIPPING COSTS:

Unless otherwise noted in the item description, the HIGH BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

Shipping charges need to be paid separately to the individual shipping the item, NOT to the Rescue, unless otherwise indicated. If you jump ahead and prepay shipping to someone other than who it is to go to, you may have to pay it again to the proper person.

For items where winning bidder pays for shipping, the winning bidder and donor will arrange for that payment. Winning bidders will be placed in contact with the items donor and they will let you know shipping charges, if any, and the PayPal address to send shipping costs to. Those payments need to be received within 5 days from the close of the auction.

SHIPPING:

All items will be shipped by either the person donating the item or the person holding the item(s) for the donor, as soon as verification is received for payment of your winning item(s) and shipping of winning item(s).

Unless otherwise noted for a particular item, packages will be mailed out within 10 days after the auction has ended, providing the item(s) and all shipping has been paid to the correct party.
