Sligh is a big ol’ boy who needs extra large helpings of shoulder and neck scratches. He spent his former years as a Tom Cat but, after winding up in Devore Shelter and since his rescue in September 2018, has since retired in favor of indoor life. Now that he’s got a taste of a new way of life, he figures 6 years of his former lifestyle is plenty. He bears the scars of former rumbles – including an old eye injury. Additionally, he’s an FIV+ kitty – but he’s no worse for wear. His new role as a cuddle cat is not affected in the least and we know he’s got many, many great years ahead of him.
This amazing guy will happily lay in your arms or on your lap. He is a loud talker when he wants attention and has no problem letting you know when he wants his food. “Ma! Where’s the meatloaf?!?”
Sligh is healthy, big, and solid and would like a place to call home. Is Sligh the cuddle cat for you? If so, fill out an application to adopt him today!
