Glam was rescued from Big Bear Shelter, one of Devore Shelter’s substations, back in December of 2014. At the time of her rescue, this winsome tortie girl was estimated to be a year old.
Lovely Glam has many opinions about the world and enjoys describing all the thoughts that run through her head. Granted, even if you aren’t fluent in Cat-speak, you’ll probably enjoy listening to her go on and on about her day. She has an adorable chirppy meow.
Glam is an easy peasy independent female who would do just fine if her human has to work long hours. All she needs is a tall cat tree and a big window to watch people, birds, and other critters outside, and she’s happy as a clam.
Although she has lived with other cats before, Glam would really prefer to be an only kitty. She has so much love to give and doesn’t want to share her human! She’d be an excellent companion for a single person or in a multi-person household so as long as everyone is mature enough to respect miss Glam’s space. Glam does love people though; all people! And just like most people, sometimes she wants attention and other times she doesn’t; but she will let you know if she wants to be left alone.
Glam enjoys having her chin and head scratched and to have her back pet with long, slow strokes. She’s a classy little lady and, while she does love to play, she’s not into crazy rough-housing or wrestling matches. Currently Glam’s favorite toys are “Da Bird” and her “Dynamite” cat nip stick that she likes to bunny kick. Her foster mom did buy a laser pointer but found Glam is too smart to chase red dots all over the place. Although Glam is not necessarily a lap cat, she will lay right next to you and even sleep next to you.
If you can give this gorgeous princess the quiet, stable, loving life she deserves please fill out an adoption application for Glam today!
